a) confirmation of the existence of treatment;

b) access to data;

c) correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;

d) anonymization, blocking or elimination of unnecessary, excessive or processed data that does not comply with the provisions of Law No. 13,709;

e) portability of data to another service or product provider, upon express request and in compliance with commercial and industrial secrets, in accordance with the regulations of the controlling body;

f) deletion of personal data processed with the holder’s consent, except in the cases provided for in art. 16 of Law No. 13,709;

g) information from public and private entities with which the controller shared data;

h) information about the possibility of not providing consent and the consequences of refusal;

i) revocation of consent, in accordance with § 5 of art. 8th of Law No. 13,709. Right to Revoke Consent.

9. HOW DOES THE COMPANY PROTECT YOUR DATA?

However, we are not responsible for fraud or other means that result in interceptions or violations of your database, as the internet security structure is constantly improving.

We do not send emails with attached executable files (such as .exe, com, dmg, etc.) that may cause any harm to the user's computer or mobile device. If this happens, we advise the user to delete the file from their hard drive and contact our support center.
